In total they offer a choice of four spacious bedrooms. The Main House features a vaulted ceiling over an open-concept kitchen and spacious living room. When the four French doors are open, the outdoors becomes the indoors, completely exposing you to the wonderful Caribbean breezes.   Windy Hill Villa is spectacular. From its wonderful setting in amongst Virgin Gorda gigantic boulders to its 360 degree ocean and island views, this is a very special home. A whimsical viewing terrace atop the boulders provides unique vistas of both the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean, including the Sir Francis Drake Channel. Beneath the rocks, enchanting caves can be found.

As you enter the property, you are led along natural stone paths which wind in and out of the boulders, through lush tropical gardens, past the spectacular free form pool artfully molded around the rocks to provide privacy and great views. The Entrance Doors to the main house open to a grand lounge with beautiful natural wood vaulted ceilings and a large covered terrace providing breath taking ocean views. To one side is a well equipped kitchen featuring custom cabinetry and lots of counter space with a breakfast bar. The dining area is really the most dramatic room in the house. It’s a fantastic roofed space nestling amongst the boulders including a waterfall that really brings the outside in and provides a romantic and exotic atmosphere.

This villa comprises of 5 separate buildings, providing the perfect seclusion for its guests. From the moment you step through the gates, you are surrounded with exotic trees and colourful plants that lead you to the main house. As you enter the main house, you directly enter the spacious living room and the large wood covered balcony area that looks out onto the Atlantic. With views directly over the ocean, is a guest bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. Leaving the living room, one comes to the unique dining room which is open on two sides to large rocks, a waterfall and ocean views. Full length doors allow the room to be completely opened for an al fresco meal. Beside the dining room is a charming patio with palms, scented jasmine & hibiscus where humming birds frequently visit.

A short walk brings you to the fully air conditioned Master Suite, which features not one but two spacious bedrooms. The Ensuite bathrooms are equally generous in size and feature custom cabinetry, as do the walk-in closets which provide more than ample storage space. To the other side of the lounge area sits the Guest Suite. This features a spacious bedroom and bathroom and an additional room that can be used as an extra bedroom or perhaps an office. Outside is an entirely separate and perfectly private fully self contained Guest Cottage that features a full kitchen and lounge/dining area along with bedroom and bathroom Spectacular natural rock caves, which resemble The Baths of Virgin Gorda, surround the back of this villa and outdoor pool area giving this villa a unique feel. With easy access to the island’s magnificent beaches and reefs for snorkeling, it makes for the perfect exotic break.
